I lead by example and prioritise fostering a culture of accountability and transparency. I believe in the power of example and transparency to create a positive and productive environment.
There is a hint of regimentalism! I use productivity tools such as Notion/Google Sheets/Jira etc. This helps maintain structure and progress tracking.
Being an ENTJ-A, I also appreciate clear goals and plans. I owe it to the people I work with to provide as much of it whenever I can.
